Meet the Owner
Chelsea Hamersley is the owner and Certified Permanent Makeup and Certified Paramedical Tattoo Artist of Studio C Ink. She is a native Hoosier, who grew up in Northern Indiana. She loves to create! Whether that be brows, areolas, or building furniture with her Father. Chelsea and her little fur ball, Moose, reside in Terre Haute.
Meet Jillian
Jillian Goff is a Business Major at Indiana State University, and an artist at heart! She loves to create, whether that is drawing or putting together a DIY project. Jillian is currently taking clients for Teeth Whitening and working towards certification in Microblading.
